She wants people to know she is no longer accepting PM's.

I am posting, with Writer's permission and without further comment, an email I received from her yesterday:

"Hello DU people for whom I happen to have an email address:

More than a week ago - perhaps longer - I asked the admins to delete my account because I am focusing on a congressional campaign, a new job, studying for the GRE, and a plethora of other activities.

I haven't posted in quite a while, and finally today I posted the Karl Rove thread. (The jackass is GONE from the White House! What an orgasmic day. Why not celebrate by ridiculing his arse?)

I'd prefer not to post in DU anymore, and because I never received a reply from the admins after more than a week, I asked publicly.

There's no controversy. I didn't appreciate being called a homophobe in my Rove thread (but what else is new on DU?), but otherwise this is just a matter of someone trying to move on with her life. That's all.

I signed out of my account and no longer am accepting PM's. Can someone please spread the word?
