I just watched Bush's speech about how his budget
is so much more intelligent than the one the Dems want to pass because it "balances the budget in 5 years, while keeping your taxes low".

He _is_ an arrogant prick.

7. I'm not so sure,
I heard he regularly tries to balance two bottles of scotch on a case of beer when he walks around the White House or his ranch.
