Prudence is in the hospital....Good vibes and lots of prayers needed!

I don't normally ask for prayers, but Prudence has something called Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis. It is a disease seen in dogs, characterized by acute, sudden onset of bloody diarrhea, usually explosive, accompanied by high packed cell volumes(red Blood Cells). I just typed that from the sheet he gave me. Sorry it's so gross.
But my baby is going to be in the hospital for 24-48 hours. She was shaking and scared, but the vet hospital we took her to is sworn by around here in OK City. They were really nice to her, and even toting her around after her tests. She was a hit with the techs.
Please send good vibes and prayers our way. She's going to need them. She'll be starting a diet and some drugs that are supposed to help her through this. He said they have a 95% success rate with this. Apparently a lot of dogs get it.
I'm a WRECK. Can I have a hug or something? :cry:

7. UPDATE:

Prudence is doing much better. She's getting back to herself. They've still got her on fluids, but she's off the catheter and they're walking her a few times a day. We didn't bring her home today because we didn't want her here alone tomorrow, and the staff at the hospital was very cool with it.
So, my baby is going to live, and we're going to be vigilant with her therapy to make sure this stuff doesn't happen again.

17. I visited her today.

She's back to her old self. She was very excited to see me....I miss her like crazy, but it's not fair to her to come home tonight and be all alone tomorrow while we are at work. So we're leaving her at the hospital and we'll go get her tomorrow after work. We'll spend 2 days non stop with her, spoiling the crap out of her.
And then next week, we'll start working on the separation anxiety. We've just got to get some things that will keep her busy.
