5. Hands used as a Ben-Gay applicator and contact lenses do not mix!
I don't know this from personal experience, but common sense tells you the two are mutually exclusive.

6. it is also not good to eat an entire tube of it...
a family friends's toddler was in critical care for two weeks after he ate an entire tube...

What no one could figure out....why anyone would continue eating it...and finish off a tube...but hey...toddlers...they are amazing...

He is now grown up and a college graduate....
