1. Well he is a little person,
that's the term they like, right?

And so he's only a fraction of the weight of an average guy that age who would be at DUI BAC level after having 3-4 drinks in him, so this guy is probably dangerous to drive at 1-2 drinks in his system. Unfortunate for him.

4. Maybe they gave just him the backwards alphabet test?
I have a hard time believing they'd make him walk the line and touch his nose. Unless they were just looking for a laugh.
