My unjust ordeal at the hands of ne'er do wells.
It was awful.

When they came to me and demanded that I surrender some of my belongings to them without compensation? I was upset.

When they rendered the tools of my livelihood unusable? I became incensed.

When they burnt my dwelling? I cursed their names.

When they tried to take my very life? I cursed their breath, their eyesight, and their families.

But when they mocked my speech mannerisms, THE FUCKING GLOVES CAME OFF!!!

There are certain things a man just doesn't have to goddamn put up with.

Hey did you know? The Saint Valentine's Day massacre is the name given to the shooting of seven people (six of them gangsters) as part of a Prohibition Era conflict between two powerful criminal gangs in Chicago, Illinois in the winter of 1929: the South Side Italian gang led by Al Capone and the North Side Irish/German gang led by Bugs Moran. Former members of the Egan's Rats gang were also suspected to play a large role in the St. Valentine's Day massacre, assisting Al Capone.

On the morning of Thursday, February 14, 1929 St. Valentine's Day, six members of George 'Bugs' Moran's gang and a mechanic who happened to be at the scene were lined up against the rear inside wall of the garage of the S-M-C Cartage Company in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago's North Side. They were then shot and killed by five members of Al Capone's gang (three of whom were dressed as police officers). When one of the dying men, Frank "Tight Lips" Gusenberg, was asked who shot him, he replied, "Nobody shot me." Capone himself had arranged to be on vacation in Florida at the time.

2. This is how they used to dance back in those days.

Of course, the women and men couldn't touch each other back then. That's why they wore gloves as part of their eveningwear ensembles, and fucked through holes in sheets.

I'm not sure this is the same company, however.

3. Fuckin-A, bubba!
The thousand injuries of Fortunato I had borne as best I could, but when he made fun of my shoes, I busted a cap in his ass.
