Simpsonizeme.com utilizes a photo of yourself (although there are some very exacting specifications: must be color, close-up of your face, good contrast, and must be over 640 by 480 or some shit like that) and turns it into a Simpsonized version of you. The drawbacks are the aforementioned specifications (it took me forever to find a photo it would accept) and that it takes literally about ten minutes for the picture to be analyzed. But if you don't mind the wait, the result is pretty nifty. You can also tweak your image around if you don't like anything about the way it turned out. I had to change the hairstyle on mine. (Also, my glasses are "supposed" to be black, but it wouldn't let me change that...) Oh, and when it asks you for your age, this took me a minute to figure out: you have to move the slider bar over until you reach your age.

I had to re-upload a pic because for some weird reason, it wouldn't accept my password even though I copied and pasted it from the confirmation email. So I had to change my password, and when I was finally able to log in, I clicked "my characters" and there was nothing there! I'd forgotten to save it to the site. Luckily it didn't seem to take as long to upload as before. And I saved it this time. Anywhoozle:

8. saving and uploading

On the simpsonizeme.com site, on the very bottom (you may have to move your taskbar off the screen) there's a Save Character button, so you can save it to the site itself.

To export it to your computer click Export Image on the side. I saved mine as a .jpg image. You can choose between a bust and a full-body shot.

I used imageshack.us to store the pics.
