after agonizing for weeks, i think i *finally* decided what i'm going to wear when we meet...for not being a girly girl, i am such a girl :P

i'm gonna meet him at grand central station when he gets off the train...there are few things in my silly girl brain that are more romantic

15. i'm so excited

the visit is gonna be pretty short (sat. evening to tues. afternoon, my dad gave me his free hotel nights for the trip and we can't afford much else) but we're gonna hit our favorite museums and just be in the city together.

it's always been a dream of mine to be in nyc with someone i love very much and part of me still can't believe that dream is coming true

but at this point, i'm more worried about being able to get a hair cut and pedicure before the trip than i am about the actual trip itself :silly:

my dad grew up in queens and most of his family is still there (his parents and one brother are still in queens, the other is on long island)

outside the city, we went upstate once to visit one of my great-grandmothers, but that's it
