Original message
He's young but did a fellowship with the inventor of laproscopic nephrectomy and is one of two surgeons doing them at UofMD. He looked at the films and doesn't feel a partial removal is an option, so it looks like I'll have the whole thing taken out. A full nephrectomy is an easier operation anyway. A bonus is that he might be able to fix my hernia while he's in there. We need to talk to the surgical scheduler, we're hoping for it to happen 8/10

6. Renal does not respond to chemo or radiation
My wife is checking into a couple of anti-angiogenesis trials to see if I would qualify.
