I like to have the pictures and the liner notes and whatnot. Library is a good idea though, if they have something I can listen and figure out exactly which songs I want.
Solid Gold Brass and I Want To Be Committed were a couple of my favorites (have not heard them in years!) I also liked Cockroach ("You crawled into my bed like a cockroach...")
Seems like most of the stuff you got to hear on the radio by these guys was maybe not their best. I recall Ballroom Blitz and Fox on the Run being about the only ones that got any air play at all.
These guys had an album that had an inner liner that was designed with eyes in various stages of open and closed. As you slid it up and down in the cover it looked like it was winking at you. I dunno if that album is still available, but it was called Give Us a Wink and wasn't too bad.
