Anybody knowledgable in men's fashion, particularly ties?

I'm looking for a tie with a flower pattern that has a mix of bright colors. The image below is an idea of what I'm looking for.



Now here's the thing, I found this image at http://www.tiedeals.com/tedbaker/tedbaker.htm which is that website's section for Ted Baker ties. Only they don't show a tie with that pattern, they just show that pattern randomly on the page. I own a Ted Baker tie and have actually seen a very similar pattern on the inside of one of my ties.

Does anybody know if Ted Baker or anyone else makes a tie that is very similar to the ones in that picture. I've searched for paisley ties and for floral ties but none of them have the mix of bright colors that I'm looking for, like the one in the picture.
