The BBC ran a story about a prankster that sent in a Jane Austen novel with the names changed. The publishers rejected the manuscript.

2. 4 out of 10. I could eliminate one on most. Then a guess between the other two.
Huck Finn is the only one I knew right off.

7. you should have hung in there for the Mark Twain question
Mind you there are some very brainy and well read DUers.

7/10 & 8/10 scores - I would have said that was impossible.
