Well, tonight is my night for that...

I can be very thin-skinned, and sometimes things hurt when they wouldn't hurt stronger folks...

So I figured, how much worse can it get?

I'll make a thread, and watch it sink.....

I'll revel in my mistakes tonight...

Instead of lamenting them...

I know....This too shall pass...

We love ya here, we all have off nights - shit I got some nights here on DU I wish never had happened. But life goes on and I let it roll (took me a while to learn that).

I am guessing I am on about 100,000 peoples' ignore lists though.

I got one person on ignore, and I don't care how bad a night you have you will never be on that list.

Given all your thousands of posts, you are bound to have some that you wish you hadn't.

Me I judge ya for all the good ones, and you're a damn fine lady in my book.

Yep, Wildhorses is absolutely right- you need a hug. I would also prescribe some chocolate and perhaps a nice glass of wine, not necessarily in that order. I would also prescribe some time with some kittens and puppies, that is the best medicine.

We have to have 'tougher times' or how would we appreciate the really good times? You're right- this will pass- hang in there.

I say this as I have a kitten in my lap while I type this. I am kind of an animal addict, you see and this one is a foster kitten for a great no-kill cat shelter that I volunteer at. Truth be told, we weren't going to foster anymore, as we are foster failures- that is, we have adopted too many of our charges. How can you not fall in love with them? Each and every one are special. My youngest found this little kitten, though so we took her in and they had no place for her, so we have her in the meantime.

Anyway, you will probably wake up this morning feeling like your old cheerful self.
