I've made a terrible mistake
I just discovered it. I wondered why my coffee tasted odd--it's because I bought fat-free half-n-half. Fat-free half-n-half? What's the point of that? Might as well just add some water with white coloring in it.

7. That's full of trans-fats the last time I checked the label.
And you're right, it tastes horrible.

3. Fat free half n half??
isn't that like...ummm....milk? And skim milk at that? :eyes: I've found that 'fat free' usually translates to 'taste free'.

6. Either that or they've doctored it with high frutcose corn syrup, which
is far more dangerous to your health than a little milk fat.

4. I actually tried that once. The instant I tasted my coffee it hit me -- just like it's
hit you: fat-free half & half? What's the point?

5. Sorry everybody, I have to disagree. I like it and I definitely prefer it to putting skim milk in
my coffee. It also keeps a lot longer than regular milk. My only problem with it is that it contains high-fructose corn syrup.

9. That's OK. The Lounge is big enough for diverse opinions.

8. Get some ham, cut off the fat, and toss it in
Should take care of the problem.
