1. That's interesting...
I was trying to decide that over the weekend when I was at Trader Joe's. I stood there contemplating the merits of each. I ended up getting neither.

What do you think?

2. well, on the one hand
you have pungent, taste packed Gorgonzola. It may give the meal a different flavor.

On the other hand, the enhancing quality of goat's cheese marries with the existing flavors of the meal.

decisions - decisions

6. I love Gorgonzola!
I make a really good gnocci with gorgonzola sauce. Goat Cheese tastes too much like licking a goat belly. You need a really good recipe to make it worth eating. I guess it depends on what you're using it for.

that is the reason I had to join Weight Watchers and lose 40 lbs!

8. I used to work at
Swiss Colony in our mall
We had an old guy come in EVERY week and he bought a pound of
goat cheese (JOATTOAST) spelling might be off but that was the real name of it
We would always let the newbie or the lowest on the totem pole take care of this customer......

That cheese smelled..... it was one of the few we would double wrap......
we had real blue cheese in liquid and the real smelly cheese....
I forget the name right now........
