I have a PAYPAL question. Any experts?

Okay, this has never happened to me so I was hoping someone here at DU could assist. I have 2 refunds coming to me from Paypal. 2 items I am being refunded for from ebay sales. The first was $15. I got the email a few days ago and have been checking my bank account (I use a debit card on file with Paypal)As of today I have not noticed the funds in my account. I know a couple days have to pass but this has been about a week. I logged onto Paypla nad the refund has been confirmed but the funding source is wrong. The name of my bank is correct but the last 4 digits of my card # are not.It also says my main credit card that I use for all my items is listed as my backup funding source.

I do not recognize the numbers on this otehr card. AM I to assume PAYPAL has made a mistake? I'm going in now to my account but I don;t see this other credit card number listed under my profile, just whe I transfer funds. Any Ideas whats up? Thanks!

1. Email PayPal

don't give them the full numbers in the email, just the last four digits.

My experience with PayPal is that they do take care of problems and the few refunds I've had processed happen within 2-3 days. I would assume that PayPal did make a mistake.

I just went in to edit my profile and there it is in my account. I do not have any credit cards that end with these four numbers. I don't think theres any fraud or that I am being taken because there is nothing odd on my account and everything looks normal. Its just I got a refund once before and it went in right away. The long delay has me puzzled.

At least they did, with a slight issue I had, and they refunded the fee they charged me too! ;)

Theres nothing odd going on as far as I can tell. What I am confused about is this. I go under my profile and it has the 2 debit cards on file. One of those debit cards is what i use to pay for all my items. However,when I click on bank account i get this other number ending with 4 digits I don't recognize, even though its still says my bank. When I pay for something this number comes up and the card I use all the time is my back up funding source. Could this 4 digit number I do not recognize be a routing number from my check? Years ago when I opened my PAYPAL account it seems to me that I needed to give a routing number from my checking account to register. Its been so long, this COULD be what it is. Still, I am calling because I want to know why I don't se any of my refunds showing up. Thnaks again!!!

checking acct. number also. Your acct. is connected with your checking!
That's all I use when I do use Paypal. Hope you get it cleared up!
