Anyone else ever eat at Hyman's Seafood in Charleston, SC?
I was reminded by the "Southern food" thread. I've been up that way a few times. They make the best seafood dishes I've had in my life, and it's enough to make me consider moving there.

This one is the best of the best.

Carolina Delight: two lightly fried grit cakes topped with shrimp, scallops, oysters, crab cakes or salmon then covered with a creamy, rich garlic alfredo sauce. And finally, sprinkled with a hint of cajun seasoning. Served with garlic bread and cole slaw.

That's the official description, and honestly doesn't do it justice. Those grit cakes are each about 8" long by 2", you get about 10 oz of succulent seafood to go with them, two huge pieces of garlic bread, and about half a pint of coleslaw.
