What's your favorite chicken part?

And from what I hear -- that's the absolute WORST part, cause it's little meat and lots of fat.

But recently I've developed a taste for chicken legs, too.

At the bar, I like wings. For Chinese cooking, I prefer breasts except when breaded and deep fried I prefer thigh meat (General Tso's comes to mind). Thighs are good in chicken and noodle dishes and in soup. I guess the only parts I don't like to eat are backs, legs and 'other', but they're still good enough for broth.

You cook the chicken standing up (like w/ beer can chicken) and you get 360 degrees of crispy skin. Man oh man, gotta love it!
