What's to eat for the games today ?

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs gas grilled with tortillas, rice cooked with chicken broth, refried beans, (canned) and chips and hoomemade hot sauce. All served with sour cream, guacamole, cheese, and cilantro. I'm cool with that for the games today. What are you guys having ?

We are having chicken wings, fried mice, eggrolls, etc.

"Fried mice" is deep fried breaded jelapeno pepper stuffed with meat and cheese. You have to insert two toothpicks into each to hold the halves together and end up looking like a little mice. Whenever I tell my friends I am making fried mice, I get some interesting reactions, haha.

but it's snowing fairly steady so I'm not sure. Wish the theater was in walking distance.

I wanted to kill sometime and take my mind off of my personal life so I went to two movies tonight.

3. Making Enchiladas Mole Poblano

Nachos and bean dip for appetizers.

So many carbs I'll probably go into a food coma!

5. Homemade ginger cookies

My mom was here in town visiting yesterday and she brought me and my best friend a batch of homemade ginger cookies. Yummm. I have the best momma in the whole wide world.

For the early game there's also a leftover jalapeno porkchop, mashed potatoes and beans from Texas Land and Cattle from lunch yesterday. If I go to the best friend's house for the late game I imagine we'll do stadium style food - hot dogs and nachos. That's what we usually do for game nights. Also yummmmm.
