My baby sister graduated. (Dial up Warning - Pics)

Saturday may have been gray and rainy, but the kids in the gymnasium were all beaming like rays of sunshine. It was the longest high school graduation I've ever attended. It was worth it because my sister was so happy we made it. So, without further ado, here are pics from Saturday's graduation.

5. It's good to see you, too!

It was sort of busy. We went up Friday night, spent the night, went to graduation, had dinner, and came home. We were lucky enough to get two days to ourselves. It was a great way to split the holiday weekend.

This was up near Toledo, Ohio where my Dad and sisters live. It's only about a 2 and a half hour drive. It was part of the appeal of my husband going to Ohio State. (You know...the REAL OSU!! :P)

Oh, there is no way I would go to Texas just for the weekend. That is far too fast a trip for going to Texas.

On a weird side note: The Texas Legislature attempted a bipartisan coup against the Republican leader this weekend. It failed, but it was an entertaining piece of news.

We were worried about her for a time. She was in an abusive relationship, and none of us really knew it until a few months ago after she left him.

She really turned herself around.

She's done a lot to be proud of lately.
