I kinda want to join because there are a few people on there that I would like to get a a hold of but I really don't like their terms of service.
This seems way to restrictive to me. I'll admit that a] I'm not a lawyer and b] I'm drunk but that just seems like if you upload a photo to their servers they own it and can do whatever they like with it.

I might try again but using mkmoorephotography dot com instead of the usual .com. Maybe that will work. I'm tempted to put a link to the site here but i don't want to get DU into trouble. Doubt it would hold up in any court but still...
