22. Just had breakfast...

I ate one unfrosted because I couldn't wait for it to cool and frost, I will do that shortly. There was not enough bacon in them however. I would go for at least 1/2 cup. Not bad, but I am not swooning in ecstasy either.

23. UPDATE!!

I just frosted them and that makes them better. I was trying to make them more of a muffin than a cupcake, but no. I do like them and will make them again, but they still need more bacon.

PS Lost, I topped them with some colored sugar I brought home from your neck of the woods -- I visited poiuytcousin in the Shenandoah Valley last fall and we went to the Farmers Mkt in Dayton, so there is a local connection for y'all.
