Just go to http://www.photobucket.com/ and follow the instructions.

   

They also give the URL of the photo... all you have to do then is put the URL - without brackets or quotes -- into your post and Voila!

Geez- you've had alot of joint issues haven't you? Is that what my thirties have in store for me? After I had my kids my knees got really weak and "poppy". I thought it was just because I was carrying extra weight, but having long since lost it all, they're still really weak. I've made it my ultimate goal to be in the best shape of my life before my I turn thirty this year, just to take the sting out of the day a bit.

Formal dress in my professional field consisted of a Hawaiian shirt and khaki pants, perhaps even with socks. Everyday business attire was pretty much shorts, T-shirt, and sandals. I never used a hairdryer and my body had not been violated with one splash of cologne.

Now I get prettyfied all the time, complete with cologne, moisturizer, hair mousse, freezing hairspray, and mascara. :D
