I had a 'Seinfeld' moment last evening ......

finally decided to try a yoga class near my home. Arrived a few minutes early - spread out my mat - was getting myself 'into the moment' - when in walks a woman (from my neighborhood) that I've had an altercation with years ago. I caught her in my yard one morning (I was leaving for work) as she was letting her dog take a 'dump'. I was livid. We just had the yard sprayed to kill the lawn as we were preparing to re-landscape the entire front yard. I remember telling her to take the dog home to bathe since the yard had been sprayed and to let it * in her own back yard.

I tried to let all of my negative emotions about this woman dissipate - after all it has been years and she has steered clear of my lawn (as far as I know). I couldn't help but laugh to myself - and think "Of all the gin joints in all the world ....."

I'm going back. I liked the class and the yoga instructor. I am a bit sore today - I'm assuming that's a good thing.
