As is homelessness in this province. Some people are getting rent increases of 100%. The 'boom', you see. :eyes:

Affordable housing and rent controls are the #1 issue right now. Of course, the Conservative gov't here doesn't care about the former, and won't go for the latter.

Alberta doesn't have spring. We have winter and construction season. "Spring" and "autumn" are just the two anchor seasons flip flopping days.

Today is construction season, back to winter this weekend. :cry:
