It's time for strange food addictions!
Mine is Rosemary and Olive Oil Triscuits. I can eat a whole box in one sitting, easy (not that that is healthy or anything). How about you?

1. Caponata
It's a Mediterranean dip made of eggplant, onions, tomatoes, olives, celery, garlic and olive oil. It's healthy enough, but not in the vast quantities I'm tempted to consume it (I could eat a quart on pita bread, or just with a spoon).

Oh, and baba ganoush.

In fact, damned near anything with eggplant. I'm an eggplant junkie.

4. Canned salmon
Wild red Pacific. I could live on the stuff.

Popcorn seasoned with salt and kelp flakes.

6. I like to drink pickle juice.

7. Ok, since people are being bold, I'll reveal my even stranger preference.

It's raw pasta. The taste is ok, but I really love the crunchiness.

9. OK (rolls up sleeves) one of my favorite comfort foods is
Campbell's condensed "Bean with Bacon" soup (condensed, I say) straight out of the can, with a spoon. My wife reminds me that before we married she came to my duplex, opened the fridge door, and found the total contents to be...one half-eaten can of condensed bean with bacon soup (with a spoon sticking out of it) and a half a case of Budweiser...

Please see my previous thread, which I have edited... :D

10. Hmmm...apparently my edit window has passed, so...
I wanted to apologize to Caponata for claiming it was her fault that I was compelled to go eat a cheese-and-sweetpickle sandwich now, before retiring...when it is you, oh Heaven and Earth, which has compelled me to do such...AAAAUUUUGGGGHHHHH...what dreams may follow this ill-considered action. :D

8. OMG I thought I was the only one!!
Me too!! It started when I was a kid.

I also used to come home from school and have a cold glass of lemon juice. Drank it the way most kids drink OJ. (I still do - cut it with water and ice to look respectable.)
