7. My great advice...

Soak the billyskank in a brine for half an hour to an hour first. Put your dry rub on. Do a 425 oven, put the billyskank in and turn it down to 350. In the last half hour or so, put either some bacon or some cheesecloth soaked in shortening over the breast meat. Lovely.


Or, life fucking sucks sometimes. It is nice to hit the bottom (no pun intended) sometimes. Hey, it can only get better.. Like having the flu..

and may be an obvious question, but have you been to a doctor concerning depression?
Generally, depression is something you can't get rid of on your own. Willpower just doesn't cut it.
(FYI, I've been on a depression med for 4 years and works like a charm. Depression runs in my family). Not always easy to find the right meds, and conversation with the right shrink can certainly help)
