If you have trouble paying your mortgage, some advice:

I've seen a few posts from DUers struggling financially -- if it comes to the point where it's difficult to make the mortgage payment, this article from the Washington Post gives you some decent advice. Lenders will work with you -- they really don't want to foreclose. If you think you're really in trouble, catch your breath, do some math, and figure out how to look out for yourself.
