Poll question: If you met a person wearing a vanilla/cinnamon perfume in May...
would you think they were "scenting out of season"?

2. Flattery will get you everywhere, my dear datasuspect.
But, no, seriously, would you be thinking--"Damn, that is such a fall. scent. Can't she figure out the concept of seasonal accessorizing?"

scents linked to different seasons is a concept I've never heard of before.

Some times I'm really glad I'm not female; it seems like so much more effort is required...

4. No, But It Was Cold and Raining Here Today - Very Autumnal
Mostly I would be glad that I would not be smelling cheap-ass musk, which brings on a migraine.

6. No, but it might draw bees.
Once spring comes around, I never wear anything scented, including scented deodorant. Bees love me (and so do mosquitoes and "no see-ums"). Wearing scent in the spring/summer is risky.

17. I actually switch to more foody perfumes in the summer
because they're less heavy and when it's hot perfumes spread in the air. I can't wear my winter perfume in warm weather because everyone would smell it.
Plus I bake less in warm weather, so a nice vanilla smell can only come from perfume.
