Trying to remember a certain ninja movie comedy from the '90s

No, it's not Beverly Hills Ninja
Not 3 Ninjas Strikes back
Not TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)

What I remember from the movie:

It had a white ninja with blue something (stars?) all over it (The human is white)

(That's why I said no to Beverly Hills NInja - Chris Farley was white, there was another movie before Farley made this film)

And it featered that the bad guy wanted ninjjjjjjjjjassss

And the ninja interviewer went through several ninjas, including a rapper ninja (because I thought it was so funny, and maybe a gay ninja, not sure?)

If anyone remember the name of the movie, I'd appreciate it!
