Poll question: What time do you usually go to sleep on weekdays?
Let's make this your average weekday...not the nights when you go on a post-payday bender.

1. On workdays a little past 9pm.
I have to get up at 3:30am to get to work on time.

3. If I get more than 4 hours of sleep a night, I'm soooooo happy...
...I wish I could find a way to fit it all in and still get 5-6 hours of sleep a night, but it's just not
in the cards for me I suppose.

4. At home? Between 9 and 10. At work? depends ...
... on what the meeting is about, whether the lights are turned down for some lame powerpoint thing. I especially like the human resources classes, such as Diversity 101. Good nap time.

6. Typically, between twelve and one...
But this is subject to many variables!

I hardly ever stay up longer....

And some days I go to bed earlier!

But this is the typical time...

8. Me, too.
I still have a hard time going to bed early. My clock got all messed up from bartending and not getting home until about 6AM. Even though my last shift was three years ago, I still have problems going to sleep early. Last week, one night I went to bed at 9:30, only to wake-up around 3:30 and toss and turn until it was time to shower and go to work.

:hi:

15. After midnight.
 In a perfect world, I'd get at least seven hours of sleep each night. In a perfect world, I wouldn't have to allow an hour for the commute each morning. I just can't get everything done before midnight.
