Anyone know how to imbed a sound file in e-mail?

I would really like to imbed Steph Miller's "Lying sack of crap" song in my responses to the idiot Bush supporters that still think I give a fuck what they think. I would like the song to play when they open my e-mail without having them click on a link. Can this be done?

3. Depends a lot on the recipient's email program and settings.

If you create a web page with an embedded sound file then send the html file and the wav file to the recipient as attachments then IF the recipient has his mail program set to view html format mail AND has it set to view attachments inline the audio might play when he opens the message.
