Are there any Good Morning America watchers at DU? Do any of you think there is some tension or dislike between Diane Swayer and Robin Roberts? In the last two days and definitely this morning I sensed some tension or dislike between the two women. I have come to notice that Diane Swayer interrupts Robin Roberts a great deal. Yesterday at the end of a segment about what it means when a dog wags its tail Roberts tried to talk about how the day before she tried to determine which way her dogs tail was wagging, but she was cut off by Swayer. This morning Roberts was trying to make a statement about the fact that today is bring your child to work day and Swayer began to play with the arm of a kid who was standing to the right of Roberts. Roberts stopped to see what Swayer was doing and it looked like Roberts was just pissed off by what Swayer was doing. Later when Swayer was trying to say something Roberts cut her off by saying that someones phone was ringing. Right after that Roberts pointed out that Swayer was just trying to ignore the phone ringing. I thought that was Roberts letting Swayer and just about everyone else know she had purposely cut off Swayer as payback for what Swayer had earlier done. So does anyone else feel the same way? Does anyone think Roberts and Swayer dislike each other? I have heard that women who host talk shows tend to talk over each other? So is it just that they are women, or do they just not really like each other?
