Here in our little town of about 9,000 people, right on the Mostly Rich White People shoreline of Conecticut, we had a well-attended and nice ceremony last week to dedicate guess what:

A Tibetan stupa.

Right here in town. How cool is that?

If it weren't for all the New York Yuppies moving in and crowding out so many of the real people, I'd stop thinking about moving and stay here. It's still a pretty good place, at least for the next couple of years.
