1. My wife and I agreed to get married back in the Fall of 1998. (We already knew we were getting married, so the proposal was a formality.) We planned for about six months, and then got married in April, 1999. (Yesterday was our eighth anniversary.) We spent about $8,000, not including her wedding set, which cost that much all by itself.

2. Four or five. Like everybody else, I have a favorite pair that I wear much more than the others.

3. Three or four years ago. It was kind of cool. I always had thought I'd be totally bald before I ever got gray hair.

4. What part of India do your ancestors hail from?

5. Not too sure. I'm sure we can count on NYC to vote 'yes' on such a progressive piece of legislation, but the hicks from the sticks (New York State is mostly rural, after all) will vote 'no', as they always do.

About a year, and around $9,000. That included the wedding, reception, and honeymoon. We ran off to Disney and eloped, then took a 4 day cruise.

I don't really trust Spitzer. I can't put my finger on it or put it into words well, but there's something about the guy that tells me that he's too afraid of losing the righty rod and gun club vote. Equal marriage would be one of the quicker ways to do that. I love trap and skeet so I go shooting every time I'm in the state, but MAN, most of the people who frequent rod and gun clubs are well to the right of Rush Limbaugh.

Still in the middle of planning. I proposed in August, we're getting married this November. We've booked the location, photographer/videographer, band ... all the big stuff. But now we're down to minor details. I imagine we'll still be doing stuff the day before the wedding. As for budget, I don't really want to say. Suffice to say that it's an insane amount of money, and her parents are picking up almost the whole tab. I love them.

7 or 8. Not sure.

All told, between the money I spent and the money my mother spent, about $9,000. I wanted a small, quiet wedding, but Mom wanted payback on all of her friends who had children who got married. It turned into a much larger wedding that I really wanted.

hard to say. I guess we settled on a date in ... May-ish? and got married at the end of October. We spent in the neighborhood of $3000 ish and had about 125 guests.

5 - 3 pairs plain black, one pair of charcoal with pinstripes stetch jeans, and one blue.

this year? I guess I had it before - when you could see the natural color, but it's been somewhat recent. I like it. It almost makes me look distinguished. Almost. Although my plaid pants give me away.

My first wedding took place in a judge's office, there was no real planning to it and all it cost was whatever the judge charged. My second took place in my back yard and was very relaxed and informal. It didn't take a huge amount of planning and cost only about $1500 total.

Four or five, half of which don't fit me. :blush:

In my early 40's. I really need to color but I've been too busy lately.
