I did it!!! I got my navel pierced!

Did not feel nervous, did not feel pain and I actually feel very empowered. It's hard to describe the way I feel. It's a bit sore today (I had it done Saturday), but all in all it's not as bad as expected.

I had an incisional infection in my naval a few years back. I had to pack the wound every day for about 6 weeks. Since then I've been turned off the idea of a naval ring.

But I do think they look great on someone with a nice tummy. (I don't have a nice tummy)
