Woman makes 'terrorist threat' against self.

Limestone County (AL) investigators have arrested a 43 year old woman, and charged with with making threats against Calhoun Community College.

43 year old Penelope Blankenship was taken into custody on Friday afternoon and charged with making a terrorist threat, a class C felony. Blakenship is a professor at Calhoun, and originally reported a threat made against her on her voice mail.

Sheriff's deputies later determined that the person making the threat was actually Blankenship herself. Investigators say she has admitted her role in the threat.

Blankenship has been released on a $5,000 bond.
