Welcome to Kensington Estates: (pick a home from our variety of styles!)
Fully-improved, partially wooded lots, close to shopping malls!

The 'Sherbrooke':

The 'Mayfield':

The 'Collingwood':

The 'Nottingham':

The 'Westbury':

((pardon my sarcasm))

3. I think the Nottingham is a little too 'stuffy' for me
The Westbury seems to have that casual elegance I like in a home.

As my Aunt and Uncle were building their new home in a development I asked "How will I know which one is yours? The third beige home on the right???" Little did I know THEN that they planned beige siding (but they are only the second one on the right...).

7. I assume that first one is pronounced "sure broke"
cause that's what the owner will likely be.
