Mom who urged toddlers to fight spared jail

Mother forced toddlers to fight

Spared jail? WTF? At the very least, she should permanently lose custody of the children, but the article is unclear on what's going to happen to those poor kids.

Now, if these women had forced Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin to fight, that would have been something to see.
