I had a good idea; note this day of infamy!

I needed to develop a new system for organizing recyclables, due to the logistics of my new home.
I quickly tired of seeing bags of recyclables strewn about my back entryway, so I picked up a three section free-standing laundry sorter for about $13.

Sort of like this, but without wheels:


It's the perfect size to fit paper bags, allows me to sort cans & glass, plastic, and cardboard & paper (we have to separate our recyclables.)
It's vinyl and has a flap that can be flipped over the top, so I don't have to look at the bags.

Maybe other people do similarly, but I hadn't seen such a setup; I just thought I'd share.
