Okay,

what part of leaving a note to NOT toss cigarette butts on the lawn NEAR people's windows and leaving a HUGE empty coffee can (provided by a non-smoker) do people NOT understand?

I'm tired of some people and the stupid, lazy, inconsiderate !@#$!@ they have as friends.
Set fire or whatever to your residence, leave mine alone.

because you left a note. Its like a note that says please only ring once. Then everybody has to make sure they ring it twice.

4. Probably the same people who pick up their dog's turds and put them in my trash barrel

and the rest of them, who don't pick it up at all. (Well, a few pick it up and take with, but not enough.)
