8. I used to be on all sorts of right wing snail mail lists in the 90's

from various right wing organizations and it seems the biggest scare topic for fund raising solicitations was anything gay related. I used to have quite a collection of the latest gay outrages being perpetuated on judao/ christian humanity.

Eventually they stopped sending them because I wasn't donating. It got old reading them after awhile. I also saw what many of the right wing newspapers (ie Human Events) did with the conservative best sellers that you see on NYT best seller list with the bulk purchase dagger next to them. They give them as enticements for subscribing.
