1. Where'd you buy it from?
The computer, not the bed.

5. Would you believe Staples
I really wanted a Sony but I stopped by Staples for something else and they had this one on the clearance for a great price (it was the floor model) PLUS I got an extra 15% off because the up arrow key is missing. (For $11 I got a replacement one which still saved me plenty of money from the missing key)

The bed is my original bedroom suit my family got me when I was a kid (with a grownup full size bed). The mattress is about 8 years old and a firm Serta I got from Sleep-eze. And the sheets are from Bed, Bath & Beyond. The sheets are actually made of bamboo fiber and are the softest things you could ever imagine. They are sea foam in color. I also got the comforter at the same time which is a moss green and looks like its suede.

I love my bed

3. My dear LynneSin!
Sounds cool!

Why did you buy a Toshiba?

I bought a Lenovo, and am very happy with it!

6. I've always had IBMs which is Lenovo...
but they got rid of the touch point.

The Toshiba is a reliable model and if you check the buyblue website - they don't donate money to any political candidates.

7. Mine is the A105 - do you have the really great screen with it?
Edited on Mon Apr-16-07 08:31 PM by LynneSin

My wallpaper is this Led Zeppelin photo of the band that has a faint image of the bandmembers imposed over top of it. To see it on the Toshiba screen is so cool because it looks almost 3D

This is my desktop

I have to tell you about the televised PBS Auction this week. We found some cowbells and when things got too quiet, someone yelled "we need more cowbell!!"

It became our mantra...

;)

Congrats on your new laptop. :woohoo:

Now that's an idea -- matching jammies and laptop cover.

31. What thread count are your sheets?
and what color are they?

Very important stuff.

32. Here's the odd thing - the thread count is only 250....
..but because the sheets are made of this bamboo fiber instead of normal sheet-type materials they are uber-soft. Normally I won't let anything less than 400 on my bed because it feels like fricking sandpaper on me, but if you have to try these sheets. Oh, and bamboo fiber is 100% hypoallergenic too.

The sheets are seafoam green which go lovely with the moss green comforter, which has a suede look & feel to it.
