1. provide solutions 2. vertically integrate horizontal synergies 3. think outside the box 4. "make a home run" in a work setting not related to baseball 5. execute key strategies in concert with core principles 6. consistently provide deliverables in realtime environments

4. "thinking outside the box"
as a concept used in the corporate setting has very little to do with creativity. it would be more accurately described as: "you may think, but do so in a manner consistent with established procedures and in such a way that you do not cast an unfavorable light upon your direct supervisor or the persons to whom he or she reports."

14. I'm in trouble too...
but I think it's because I used the box to mail rancid espresso beans to Seattle headquarters and told my boss at my review that I deserved a $40K raise because I am better at my job than her bosses' bosses' boss is at his and he got a $25K raise. :shrug:
