Awesome submission though. Lindland is a tough guy to tap.

3. Yeah he does bleed alot

He's a brute. I hate to say unbeatable, because it can happen, but nobody is as good as Fedor. He soundly handled both Cro Cop and Big Noguiera. Yeah, at some point in time, the guy might get caught, but that is about the only way he can be beat. Nobody is going to go out and dominate him, for sure.

Lindland is tough. He's a winner and a competitor. He's one of those guys who is doing what it takes to became a great fighter. He fought in Abu Dhabi, not his thing, was submitted by Jacare and some other guys who are submission specialists. He jumped up to fight Quinton Jackson, and now Fedor. I think he's looking to go down a weight. I saw him on IFL when he fought Carlos Newton and he weighed in the 170s. The guy wants a world title and he's doing what he can to win one.

It was an interesting fight. Intriguing match up.

4. I saw that Newton fight.

I didn't realize it was at 170 pounds. Lindland looked really great at 170. If he can keep managing that cut he'll be a champ very soon at that weight.

Fedor is just a machine. There are guys that may be better strikers, and there are guys who might be better on the ground, but there is no single heavyweight as good in both areas. The Crop Cop and Nog fights demonstrate that pretty clearly.

And such a humble, understated guy.

Fedor is unreal, man.

5. yeah I own the Cro Cop and the last Big Nog fights

I watched both several times, and you pretty much could never fully describe how great Fedor is. Like Cro Cop, that guy is an animal. He just walks out and destroys people. If you watched say 5 or 6 Cro Cop fights when he is at his best, you would almost think the guy was unbeatable. He is just that dominant. But Fedor stepped in and definitively beat him. Sure it wasn't easy, but it was a clear cut sound win. Big Nog caught Cro Cop in a submission after getting battered the whole fight. Randleman caught him with a miracle punch. But even then, at the time, Mirko was just light years better than everybody else. And Fedor proved he was quite a bit better than even Mirko. He's just phenomenal. If he loses sometime in the next few years, I would be blown away.
