I need something to do over Saturday and Sunday night

I go into work at 9pm and get off at 9am through the week. I woke up at 10pm tonight and for about 30 seconds I thought I was late for work. Then I realized that I have the next two days off. I was almost in my bib overalls and running out the door.

But I might as well be at work because I don't do a damn thing on the weekend except sit in front of this computer. At least I'd be making money at work. But really, I don't want to do that. I just want to enjoy myself on the weekend, but every place is closed for most of my waking hours. Any suggestions?

6. Walk. Read. Ride a bike. Volunteer at a Soup Kitchen. Write. Drive to a place you've never

been to before, have lunch there, and talk to people.

Take pictures of that place.

Then go to another place where you've never been.

But I get enough exercise at work and I drive for a living (gotta unload the truck). "I've been everywhere, man, I've been everywhere."

I don't know if any place needs volunteers over night, but I guess it's worth looking into before I drink myself into submission.

8. I know about drinking onesself to sleep. It's usually counterproductive in the long run.
