Anybody here gonna see the 28 Days Later sequel??

It's called "28 Weeks Later". I guess the story is that the survivors come back to London and repopulate, but the virus is not gone, and it re-infects them. I think I should read the graphic novel sequel of the original movie entitled "The Aftermath" to see how the original story ended up.

The only thing that bugged me was that I couldn't follow what was happening in the last 30 minutes or so of the last movie. The soldiers dragged Jim out to the forest and had a gun fight for some reason. I don't know why, but looks like I got some catching up to do.

Does anyone know if the virus only spread throughout the UK in the original, or was it worldwide??

Gonna be scary as fuck regardless.

I'm a bit unsure of how good it will be. Danny Boyle, the director of the first one, isn't directing this one. I will watch it, though.

I believe the rage virus only infected England. If you remember the end of the first one, the three survivors are found by the Swedish (or Finnish--can't remember) air force.
