I had another example last night when I asked for my meal minus cheese but the cook screwed up and included the damn cheese. It's beyond maddening.

I'm so careful in that regard, asking for no cheese even if the item seemingly has no threat of cheese. But it's an ongoing global cheese conspiracy and one meal after another now includes cheese, even if it makes zero sense and isn't mentioned on the menu. At least ten fold the problem it was when I was a teenager.

I realize I'm in a distinct minority hating cheese but all I'm asking is for the menus to be specific and the cooks competent. Last night was another 15 minute wait while they cooked the meal again. And it never comes out as pristine or as good when they rush it.
