Finally!

1. Mine are real close to finished

and have been like that for a few weeks.

I just know there's an error in there, and the Feds are gonna knock on my door.

2. I'm always paranoid about that too...

I use a program and I run the error check 3 or 4 times just to be sure. Right now I'm just relieved they are finished. I hate having them just hanging over my head.

3. I just did mine this morning too! Whew!

Wasn't as bad as I expected, and I put it off all this time out of fear that I would owe more than I could pay. Now that I can afford to pay in, I ended up getting a refund. Life is good!

... and filed electronically.

Went back a couple of days later to check on whether they were accepted --- and the state returns were, but the Federal return was rejected!

Logged back on to TurboTax to find out why ---- and the reason is ---- Ta Da! --- I'm dead.

Yep. The IRS has an (obviously) incorrect chunk of info regarding my "death".

I'll have to mail in my returns, and hope they aren't kicked back at me.

(I AM trying to correct this lovely error, but dealing with the federal bureaucracy is a chore in itself).

There's many ways to 'fix' a problem like that. :scared:
