If by higher, you mean further from the center of the earth, as opposed to further from sea-level.

By this criterion, Mt. Chimborazo in Ecuador is the "highest" spot on Earth - closer to the moon than any other spot.

and the Arctic Ocean is "deeper" than the Mariana Trench.

Conversely, any altitude (wrt sea level) on Mt. Denali is barometrically "higher" than any equivalent altitude on any peak in the Himalayas.
